ABOUT
Romina is a Nicaraguan-American amateur photographer. Emigrating to the US in 1979 and growing up during 1980s Miami, diverse cultures and urban landscapes provided a sense of wonder which peaked an interest in capturing still life.
The spectrum of subjects range from people, flora and fauna, to landscapes but most notably the end result is to conjure a feeling behind the image. Her preferred style is photojournalism.
Romina has attended various Nikon School seminars since 2007 and was a photography student at Florida International University School of Journalism and Communication, 2009. Her work has been featured in an industry magazine, online website, album cover and most recently the Broward Art Guild's "For The Birds" exhibit in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
